I deposited £20 from my bank account and it took it out of my account and didn’t even transfer to my balance, after spending hours on customer service I got know where, the account even shows a 20 pound deposit but then says balance as 0.00 and no other transaction history e.g. no bets!

I stopped using this site for a long time due to site crashes which then leave a 24 hour period where games cannot be accessed. I came back yesterday and the same thing has happened. After about a year. So technical issues remain despite the ridiculous amount of money made by them. Support are utterly useless.

I haven’t had any trouble with this app aside from the pop ups that don’t allow me to play games, but I just close the app and come back to it a few minutes later and it works fine.
I won £12,000 in December with a Max win on gates of Olympus, shortly followed by a few days later an 8k win, which was incredible and mind blowing and the only ever time I’ve won a huge amount of money on any casino/slots app. Therefore I will continue to be using this app until it fails me.
I recommend others to try this app, and just keep depositing what you can afford to play with lol, you never know what you could win!

Put in 50, managed to work up to 400. Tried to withdraw. Failed. Went down to 300, tried to withdraw, failed after talking to customer service. Rise and repeat. Down to 10. Tried to block my account and it won’t let me. Absolute scam of a site. DO NOT USE.
