Rigged outcomes way too many 2-3 outs catchs never happens in real poker.

Stay far away….. whoever wrote the program for this should be fired and never allowed to say the “poker” again the game is FULL of continuous bad beats and resembles nothing to actual poker.
They said I did not pass their security review!
I signed up and they encouraged me to purchase play money chips for a bonus, which I did for $2.99. I didn’t use them because I was winning. I don’t play games every day, I came back 15 days later and they had closed my account. They told me that security reviewed my account closed it and said they permanently closed it and will not tell me why. I lost these chips and sent in a refund request to Apple to try to get my money back. My recommendation is do not mess with these people.

Stripping this app down to nothing
How many more times are players going to see Pokerstars taking elements of this app away? I’ve been playing for many years and since Flutter Entertainment bought Pokerstars they have been ruining it. First they took away the Pokerstars Play app and tried to get players to transition to Vegas Infinite which most players on mobile hated. I also played on the Pokerstars Lite app so I migrated over there and continued to enjoy that. Over this last year elements of the Pokerstars Lite app have been slowly disappearing. Rewards, free chips, challenges that never load, games that don’t load, etc. They have been giving players “nothing” in return for their loyalty and now as of June 30th they take away the casino! I notice the real money players get the casino but now play chip players don’t? Not all of us can sit at a table for 30 minutes or play a tournament for 2 hours. The casino was an easy part of the app that players could play for 10 minutes when they didn’t have the time and maybe even win a little since all promotions are gone. What will they do next? Shut down the app? Such a disappointment this app has become. I used to love it here.

Very very unfortunate that poker stars decided to get rid of their heads up mode. I really wish you guys would bring back heads up mode it was very fun
Not Regulated and lies about their RNG, no real support
Never seen an app do as nonsense of board textures and showdowns as this app. It’s actually beyond horrible and if you try to contact support, they give you an AI response about their software that doesn’t work because if you notice when you go into a room, the same board textures will come over.
But they can do that because it’s not regulated and the company is based overseas so you can’t do anything about it if you spend money. Support is non existent.
Do not spend money on this app, you will waste your time and they will try to make you spend.

Never experienced so many river bad beats in my life. What a joke of an app. There in no chance this is random at all. Shame.

After playing for a while on the free tournaments, you will be dealt a losing hand every time. This is to get you to buy chips to continue playing. Remember, you’re playing against a computer program. The optics are great and it’s easy to navigate but good luck winning with winning hands.

Worst site ever always get rivered with 4 card flushes and straights, I lost 256,000,000 chips with bad beats, they have bots and rigged it so you lose to buy chips do not buy chips because it’s rigged, site freezes and you lose your chips no one will help because their help chat dose not work!

As per usual, this game is rigged AF! Not only that, but this game will always determine the winner/outcome on every hand. If anyone develops a truly legit-random TH game they could make bank!!
Bad Beats Galore
Some of the worst beats I’ve ever seen. Overall a decent app but the hands that are dealt and beats are absolutely horrible 75% of the time.
Why do you have to cheat?
So I’ve been playing this game for a little over 15 years on this site it used to be a fun site. You was able to play with your friends and find them and hook up with people from around the world that you just enjoyed playing with well they ended that and then you were able to find a table that you wanted to go to, and then they ended that there used to be thousands of people playing every night now they’re lucky if there’s 100 people playing then they did an update and all the chips that I’ve earned over 15 years close to 20 million never spent a penny buying their chips and all of a sudden I can’t win a hand in fact, 92% of my hands I lose to hands that should be in the Hall of Fame. so my question is how much do I have to spend before you guys fix my account so that I can start winning again? I’m asking this on here because your site is so cheap now that you can’t even get a hold of support through your site. It crashes as soon as you press support.

Stopped in the middle of a Game
The App disconnect in the middle of a Game and I couldn’t open the PokerStars App which was disappointing. I’m hoping to be able to connect and play tomorrow. (It’s not my Wifi connection)
Casino needs updating
I enjoy the games but it would be nice if Pokerstars would update their casino. 2 slots don’t work, Emerald Fairy and Diamond Deluxe. Haven’t worked for a good 12 months. Why not replace them with new slots. Also the Quest challenge is pretty bogus. A player needs to spend thousands if not hundreds of thousands to advance and only get 400 -4000 chips to keep progressing to the next level. Makes no sense to even play it. I have also noticed that the rpt on the slots are lower than other casino slot sites. Give your players a break.
