Frustrating app
Have used PS for about a decade but finally had to unplug it. It’s hard enough to have a proper game of poker here with the bingo players on most every level to 10,000 chip buy-in, but add in recent changes to how the cards are shuffled - there are visible and oft repeated card patterns - make the experience feel like the game is anything but luck and skill. Feeling this manipulated in a game is not how I want to spend any more time.

Keep track of the math! About as random as the sunrise
First thing i have to say is that the developer responses are as big of a joke as pokerstars itself. If developers need to tell their customers how fair and random their game is, it’s probably because their game is not fair and random. Your customers are telling you what the biggest issue is with your site based on their experience, it’s that the poker on your site plays nothing like actual poker. It seems manipulated to keep money flowing more evenly between good and bad players. The last review i read the player said that in over 4000 tournaments Aa’s had a win rate of under 50%. That seems to be right in line with the experience i have had on this site. I have been keeping track with a pen and paper of how ofter 2,3,4,5,6,7, & 8 outers hit on the turn and river. How often when two players share a card the worst of it wins. How often a pair loses to any two cards that are not a pair. And most importantly how often the bad play gets rewarded. I have been tracking these stats for a while now and i will say that the math is not even close to actual poker math. If you just track how often in heads up play a three outer hits on the river(1 in 15 is close to the actual math), you’ll likely find that is two to three times that rate. Do your own research and see what you find. I would suggest playing spins games because you will see the most hands in a short span and most heads up play, so tracking these stats is easy to do. You can also play for a dollar, so you won’t lose anything substantial while you decide if the poker on this site play like actual poker. Keep track of how often Aa’s lose in heads up play. At a minimum AA’s are an 80% favorite preflop. See if they win at an 80% rate. Track it until you get to 1000 and see what the win rate is, because that is a pretty descent sample size. I have formed my own opinion based of my own research and it is that if this game was actually random that math would be much different.

Fraud
Bought into a tournament got to the final table pay out and they kicked me out of the game. I was robbed of my chance of winning and my account banned. Account reinstated a month later saying they were at fault but refused to give me winnings. Cannot trust this site for professional poker playing.

It doesn’t matter if you limp in, raise or 3 bet they will always have it and 1up you hand including kicker. Mostly bots or algorithms emptying peoples account all back to mount airy casino. Hands are dealt back to back the same and so are the flops. Multiple flops in a row hitting a pair and a random 3rd card. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this scam.

Rigged RNG
The RNG on this site is 199% rigged. It caters to high stacks in cash games and bounty tourneys … reason being it creates rebuys / rake which make money for site . It gets worse the longer the tourny runs .. also is bad before rebuy ends . Watch how many times in an all in situation that the high stack in the hand hits a 4-12% out on the river … it’s not a bad beat or coincidence ..the RNG cheats and manipulates the cards

Wanted my entire SSN
I’ve played on every other real money PA casino available. Never had an issue with the verification process. This app asked me to send my entire ssn. But why? You only need the last 4 and I’m pretty sure I entered it correctly multiple times. I’m good on all that. No real time chat available and the craziest part is the 3rd party verification confirm - identity verified. Then I got a pop up requesting to scan my ID and something with my full SSN. Nope.
