Broken!
My friends and I loved this app for playing casually together. It’s been broken since 06/20 with no response from customer support. We cannot launch a poker room. Everyone gets the same “connection timeout” error.

Бывает не работает по два-три дня или вылетает непроизвольно во время игры. Особенно обидно, когда наберёшь комбинацию и зависает.
Ads make it impossible to play
Downloaded but advertisement made it impossible to play on iPhone. Not paying to have advertisement line removed
Уберите звук чужих микрофонов!
Даже при полностью отключенных тумблерах звука и в ночном режиме при резком заходе другого игрока с включенным микрофоном, звук его микрофона слышен на всю. Срочно исправите этот лютый баг!

Disappointing
It is really annoying, all the bugs and all the bad times trying to finish any kind of game kinda ruin the experience. I'm really hoping that you're going to support this game a little bit more.
Good game, not working
I love this game even though there have to be a ton of bot players, but when it works I love it. However, I haven’t been able to get matched against people in a couple days / I think the servers aren’t working
Time Out
Can no longer play in New York. Deleted the app & reinstalled, and still receiving time out error: “Connection timed out, please try again”

Fun but weird favoring.
Hands seem super favored towards the bots. They always hit the best hand on the river. The pattern never changes. The game itself is fun. But favors don’t seem like it’s actually random. Bots going all in with no pairs or draws on the flop and end up winning on the last card. Super weird but other than that it’s a fun game.

Leaderboard Cheaters
Will anything be done about the cheated accounts on the apps richness leaderboard? Sure there are creator accounts, and they can do what they want. However, I counted from 55th and up to 1st and only found 15 real players within reason that belong there deduced by level and best hand. This means 55th place should really be 15th place and 31st place 8th. Wondering if this will be fixed? I think having a clean and real leaderboard will make the app look much cleaner and more competitive! Everything else about app very good so far though.

The newest update appears to have wiped my account and the in-app support tab is broken.

This game is amazing and much more fleshed out since the last time I downloaded it years ago. For months now I have played daily and made poker friends at the online table. This game is absolutely 5-stars, for community and poker.

Двигатель игры плохой
Двигатель игры ни какой, постоянно соперником в последней карте выпадает, то стрит, флеш, вообщем бред, такого не бывает.
Doesn’t Work
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. First time I deleted the app and redownloaded it and all of a sudden I was finding a game in seconds and everything worked no problem however I lost all my coins and progression. Now back to the same issue. Can’t claim daily spin, daily bonus, cash games or live games spin forever to no avail. At first I thought maybe it was server maintenance but it’s been the same issue for a week. Can’t change my profile picture, can’t change my name. Literally nothing about this app works.

Fun game, but they use so many obvious bots.
Hey guys.
This is a very smooth app for general gaming, but every time I’ve entered the tournaments, it’s so clearly against POKERUP created Bots. It comes up in regular “cash” games too.
Be aware of that when going in.
Otherwise, pretty fun app.
