I’m confused on how to use this the Pokémon I spawn don’t show up nothing does

At first I thought it would be good in all but I does not work, when I try to find a Pokémon it would never load. I live in a area where there is not a lot of Pokémon and I thought it would help but I does not. I do not recommend to download this app.
