App has no mechanism to message location about orders
It must be an intentional decision to not be able to comment or message location about orders. I’ve been using the app for over a year and it works fine as long as your order is not messed up. If it is incorrect do t even bother with the app.
Needs a save function for future orders
This app would get a better rating if users could load store gift cards.
Best Poke in SD
I love this place. They make the best poke in San Diego, the fish is so fresh and delicious. I eat there almost once a week.
Needs Work
I’ve tried to sign up a few times to take advantage of the order history function but when I sign up it says my email or password is invalid and will not let me proceed. It would be sooo nice to order with a few clicks!

This app would get a better rating if it remembered previous orders making ordering easier. If the app remembers my form of payment and the last location I ordered from it should not be a hard ask to include my previous food order as well since I order the same thing every time. including the notes section

Wrong map location
I tried to chat with ‘app support’ but the wait for a human took forever. The restaurant location has the right street address bit shows it incorrectly on the app. I’m not placing a order only to show up and be told my order isn’t there.

So nice that they have an app to order from. I do wish there was a way to view what you ordered.
I put in my first order but can’t remember what I ordered so I wish they had that button. Also if they could pick the delivery time after putting order in the cart. I had to cancel the whole order just to change the time. Other than that, nice design, smooth op. & hoping they could add and make the improvements

Smooth fast app, much better than going to the website and having to dodge a bunch of spam ads that pop up. :-)
Starting From Zero Every Time
Easy enough to use. But does NOT remember the ONLY location I go to, or past orders, which are always the same. So it takes 10x longer to order every time. I would order at least 2x more often if it remembered my order and location.
Order was sent out without any toppings.
It was so easy to miss the step for selecting the toppings. Also there was no clear instructions on how the by-pass the line to pick up the order directly.
