DUUUDEEE

I love the game don’t get me wrong I’ve been playing since 2020 until I lost my acc to a hacker and then started back up in 2022. My issue is, you removed the exclusive level 50 jacket…I’ve been working my butt off for the jacket and then I come back at level 40 hoping to earn it and it’s gone. Not cool man.

Consistent lies

Offers things like “boosted shiny odds” and many other game mechanics, for money, only for them to not work at least twice a month. They either admit to it and give the worst compensation you can imagine or just straight up don’t address it. Tired of the predatory cash grabbing.

Glitch During Mega Finale Event Sep 5, 2026

I love Pokemongo and have been playing since the beginning in 2016. The poor rating is due to a glitch that lasted about 40 min during a Mega Finale event on Sep 5, 2026. We were a party of two in a park of at least 50 to 100 who all experienced frozen screens during Mewtwo raids, and after leaving and coming back several times, the raid ended twice and no Mewtwo was obtained since no one could fight during the raid. After going home we tried to write to support via help chat and received a bot answer saying the matter was investigated and we would not be compensated our two lost passes. Furthermore it was a winless situation because the journal window had passed, but even if we could have taken a screenshot it would not have proven that the game glitched out. As a longtime player I am offended with the bot response downplaying the issue witnessed by everyone in that park and frustrated at no acknowledgement of the issue or even a true ability to submit an inquiry to support. Please do better for your clients, Scopely Explore Support, we are so disappointed in our first and now last community Mega Event.

Scopely get it together

I’ve been playing since 2022 so I’m no og player but from what I saw with changes in the game lately, things need to be figured out. I get your new owners but the bugs are affecting paying customers and also of lovers of Pokémon. It’s either way to easy with the lucky trinkets and bottle caps being available or too hard with glitches and bugs. We pay money ,on occasion, to get something good but eventually nothing will be new or neat if everything is lucky or a 4*… everything “cool” you have to pay for and it never used to be like that. It’s always a pass or this and that now. Lower the remote raid pass or something cause y’all just trying to get back that money you paid to niantic. Please.
