Стикеры после оплаты открываются. Нужно просто зайти в сообщения, нажать на стикеры медведя и спуститься до самого конца, там на выбор Purchase to Unlock и Restore (Восстановить). Вот его и нажимаем и вуаля, стикерами можно пользоваться.

new iphone. AGAIN can not use sticker. go through the whole purchase item again thing where it tells you you already purchased it yada yada yada but it still doesn't work. Screenshots and video of the entire painstaking process. hey developer who holds you accountable. obviously no one.. you and a few other apps are the reason I strongly encourage no one to buy anything on the App Store.
