Don’t waste your money
I cannot upload any pictures to the frame. Customer Service is not help. Pretty much said too bad so sad and hung up. I would give it zero stars but it won’t let me.
App not working
Does this app still work to upload photos to frames? I’ve tried tirelessly over the last few months to add photos via to my parents frame and it goes from saying there’s a network connection problem (there is not) to just sitting idol .. I didn’t see any updates recently at all and no App support listed. Please help!

Quit working
Loved this app. Family could send pics. Not now. Pic can be sent if connect to home Wi-Fi but not across internet. This was a 5 star app. Help, please fix.

I have 3 frames and they were working great and then all of a sudden I could not send pictures as the frAmes weren’t showing up. Then tried reminding them and told either id# or code was invalid :(

Photos won’t send
Pretty poor app. Will not load photos from phone to frame and customer service is non existent.
Works perfect from anywhere
An app update look like it went through that solved any bugs mentioned by others. This app works great, what a great app...works perfect for me to send photos from anywhere!

This is not the case at all. The app ONLY WORKS IF YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE SAME WIFI AS THE FRAME.

Returning the product
Purchased a frame for my parents but planning to return it because we cannot submit pictures unless we are at their house on their home network. Defeats the purpose of our purchase and goes against the way it was marketed. Expected better.
Good Idea
Wish you could delete photos you’ve sent to others and/or set an expiration date.
So annoying.
The app worked great for me while working on sending photos over to the frame last night. But today I try to add some more and they literally will not send to the frame. It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m trying to get this done before I have to give it to my mom as her Christmas gift. It just says “ready to send photos” and they won’t go through no matter how long I let my phone try to work. I tried to download this app on my iPad and it worked fine. But I don’t have all the pictures on my iPad, just my phone. I spent a lot of money on the frame, if the app could work, that’d be great.
