Won't Link Device
When trying to link device (iPhone) to frame and after entering my link to frame code, it asks for a 6 digit code but the frame never displays one for me to enter. Junk. Don't purchase.
I love it but lost my link number
I lost my link number and can’t find anywhere to make a new one. So can’t download any photos . What can I do??!!!
App Doesn’t Work Anymore
Apparently, this app doesn’t work anymore. It will not connect to frames anymore even though all inputted information is correct.
App is flawed making device almost unusable
This app asks for a passcode when attempting to connect and there is no code. Nothing in the instructions refers to this part of the process.
Missing photos
Loved it at first but I have added a bunch of photos and when I check it says they’re there but not showing up with the photos that are already there. It says there is ample storage space so I don’t know why they’re not showing up. Disappointing!
Doesn’t send photos to frame
I have set up and linked the frame correctly, but when I select photos to send to the frame, it is stuck in “ready to send photo” eternally. Has never worked. There doesn’t appear to be any actual support for the app either, as the support link only takes me to a website advertising the frame.
Not working with iOS
I think the app needs updated as it will only let me send pictures if I’m connected to the same Wi-Fi as the frame. Not very helpful since my family who live all over want to be able to share photos to it.
Where are my pics?
Great app but when I access my photos via the app, not all my photos from my photo roll are showing up! What’s up with that?

It’s very to download and bonk with Wi-Fi photo frame. Nice App, love it.
