Full of info and plenty new tricks for any level to try! I enjoyed reading the interviews too as you don't often get the chance to find out what's happening behind the scenes for each Poler. Definitely worth the money!

Articles are professionally written and cover all the up and coming and already-famous pole stars, events worldwide, and poletics of interest to all pole dancers. Subscription is cheap and well worth the content - cannot recommend Pole Dance Fitness & Aerial Arts enough!
