Beware of 2 week free trial
I clicked to do a two week trial with potentially doing a year subscription just so I could peek through the app and see what it’s all about. It said I would be charged $139.99 per year. It immediately charged me $145.95, I’m afraid to cancel the subscription and loose out on $145 that wasn’t even supposed to be charged for 14 days! I read through their policy and they do NOT refund “accidental” charges…well this was NOT an accident…this was me clicking on a 2 week trial and them charging me 1) more than the stated amount, and 2) 14 days sooner than the promised time. The app seems decent but I could learn these things for free from YouTube and gain a stronger knowledge and muscular base to prevent injury…what they offer basically skimmed the top of a good depth of knowledge. Please beware. I’m going to try and figure out how to get my money back.

Pole stuff is 18+? It is not. There are many younger people practicing pole and aerial acrobatics.

I’ve only just got the app, but I think it seems great. I haven’t paid for the membership but there is still plenty of free videos and they are easy to follow.
