Stop working can’t connect to car
The app work for some time, then suddenly just stop working, every time that a login is attempted it goes back to the main screen.

Not certain how a brand like this pretend that people buy a car from them to then drop a simple functionality / app like this, this certainly show no commitment to Customers which is something certainly to share with people interested in this brand to help them to stay with more established brands that will maintain a good level of support as is expected.

App worked fine and then suddenly can’t sign in. If you go to the trouble to build a classic car you have to take care of those who committed to the product.
Polestar 1 Basic App Utility
The Polestar 1 app is required if you have a Polestar 1 vehicle, and you cannot unfortunately use the more updated and feature rich standard Polestar app for its other cars.
For this app, it has the general basics, such as status of your Polestar 1 (Fuel/Battery and location), remote locking/unlocking, remote start, climate status and a driving journal.
It is buggy with any preconditioning options or climate controls, battery status shows paused and doesn’t update when on a DC fast charge or quicker A/C charge.
It seems this app has been left behind and forgotten about by the developers and the brand.
