Barely functional
Staff and clients alike have a hard time with this app. If you have to reset your password, it does not work and requires tech support, and once fixed, keeps asking for password resets every week. It’s at the point where I just go into the studio every month and have them register me for classes. It used to work great, I don’t know what happened but the developers have ruined the user experience. It’s unfortunate because this studio is great and deserves a better product for its clients.
