Excellent design value and customer service

Visited Polette in Oxford St to try on frames. Mas was endlessly patient, even when I asked to change the colour of my frames.

Love the quirky designs and love the prices even more. Frames for £50 and varifocals for £75. I’ve been quoted £375 for varifocals before.

I’m a fan.

Fantastic all round!!

Bought some glasses here a few months ago and love them. Compliments every time I wear them. Different styles to everywhere else and also dynamic prices. Both me and my wife are going to order some more soon. Also very usable app.
