Great game
The game is really fun and engaging you won’t get tired of it I’ve played for a long time and no ads
One suggestion may be that the people coming in should decrease at night

A.I
This game is an A.I copy of King Shot with a Police theme. Boring.
Great game — but PAY-TO-WIN is killing the experience again.

Great game — but PAY-TO-WIN is killing the experience.
Police Chief is genuinely a great game. It has a lot of potential and I really enjoy playing it. The gameplay reminds me of games like State of Survival, which is a good thing.
But unfortunately, we’re seeing the same problem again: the game is becoming more and more about who is willing to spend the most money.
I completely understand that developers need to make money. Nobody expects a game to run for free, and I’m more than happy for players to spend money on things that support the game.
But there is a massive difference between monetisation and pay-to-win.
£100s being spent every week shouldn’t be the difference between being competitive and being completely useless.
Purchases should be things like skins, speed-ups, resources, character unlocks and other small conveniences. But allowing players to spend hundreds of pounds on fragments and instantly MAX OUT the stars and battle stats of every new character is taking things too far.
Battle stats ultimately determine who wins and loses. So when someone can simply pull out their wallet and instantly max a brand-new character, smaller-spending players don’t just have a disadvantage — they have virtually ZERO chance of competing.
What’s the point in spending weeks or months building your team, upgrading characters and improving your stats when someone can spend hundreds of pounds and immediately achieve what you’ve spent months working towards?
And this isn’t just bad for free-to-play players. It’s bad for the game itself.
Because eventually, people stop caring. They stop spending. They stop competing. And then they stop playing altogether.
You need to give paying players benefits that make spending worthwhile without making everyone else feel worthless and powerless.
There is nothing wrong with spending money on a game. But when money can directly buy huge amounts of battle power, it creates a situation where the biggest wallet wins — not the better player.
Police Chief has the potential to be a fantastic long-term game. Please don’t destroy that potential by turning every new character release into another opportunity for the biggest spenders to completely dominate.
Monetise the game, absolutely. But don’t make winning dependent on how many hundreds of pounds someone can afford to spend every week.
Because if smaller-spending players feel they can never compete, they’ll eventually find another game. And once they’re gone, you’ve lost the players who could have supported the game for years.
You need to avoid being like every other game, and trust us that will catch the attention of many players from similar games who then know their efforts will allow them to compete without having to literally spend hundreds of pounds per month to stay afloat.

Unfair and terrible customer service
After playing the game for 5 minutes to try it out and finding it quite fun I decided to try again two days later when I had more time… just to find out I had been banned 😂 that’s right 5 minutes of game play and didn’t even get past the introduction and somehow rules were violated 🤦🏻♂️ I submitted many inquiries on the app with no response so I messaged on Facebook just to have to wait days for them to say that rules had been violated 😂 how that’s possible I’ll never know! When I explained that I’d only played the game for 5 minutes they ignored this, said the restriction was ‘valid’ and that they couldn’t give any more details 😂 what an absolute joke… unless you only want to play a game for 5 minutes and never be able to get on it again stay far away from this app. The worst customer service I have ever received!

Best game ever
It is amazing. I love this game. It is so fun. If you play it for a while every single time you upgrade your stuff it will take a little longer still it’s very fun active all the time you don’t need Internet.
No real support
I didn’t realize this was a multiplayer game. I’m not interested so I went to delete my account. There’s an option to delete the account but it can’t be used since there’s no button to actual do it. I can only get a bot as support. It keeps telling me to use the option that’s there that DOESN’T WORK.
** FIVE days of requesting my account be deleted and counting

Pointless
You can’t get past the loading or instructions in order to play the actual game. Unless, that is the game. Just clicking where they tell you to.
A good game
I thought this game would be like any other game I see on YT but I downloaded it and have a whole lot of fun it has almost no ads and a good story
This game was worth my time to download
This game was worth my time to download
Great for passing time
As the same as other survival idle games, I really enjoy it. Passes the time and the story isn’t bad.
Bon
Bon jeu
Doesn’t work
Couldn’t even get the game started, shows a little animation then asked to choose a character and wouldn’t let me confirm and move on, deleted and downloaded 3 times nothing changed
I like this but…
So this game is great and I like it has lots of things to unlock but I hope that there more things like a free roam feature where you can go around your hq and around the city in cars that you can buy but first you need money gas and electricity lol also I hope there’s mini games or fun activities if you have a lot of things in the game/almost done so maybe add like fun mini games like patrol where you can buy a car to drive around the city and arrest criminals or respond to bank robbberys or just robbery’s and hostage situations where you would have to clear a building break a door respond to riots and restore order and more please devs o hope you read this and take some of the ideas and make it maybe so you could also do a fun little mini game where you have to complete a obstacle course for 100-1000 money 500 gas and 300 electricity also make it so that the obstacle course is first person and add things like shooting ranges target shooting climbing over things or sliding/crawling under fences and more it will add way more experience make it so you only get the obstacle course or other things at chief office level 8+ thanks :)
