Bug et rebug mais service client présent
Bon dans l’ensemble après avoir jouer 1h00 regarder de la pub pour optimiser les récompenses bon le rendu est mauvais pas de gain supplémentaire même si on regarde plusieurs pub le système bug, de plus les traductions comme indiqué dans l’avis plus haut sont disons bof bof on est en 2026 mettez vous à jour! La jouabilité moyenne bref un jeu pas ennuyeux mais moyen, pas au niveau des autres jeux similaires dommage

I would rate this more if I wasn’t missing a $20 purchase for no adds & someone would respond to me.
Crashing
Game keep losing my progress and i spent money buying a gold character and now its showing that i never brought the character. I live this game but now its to the point im spending money and playing alot of hours just to level up and the game is not saving now im out of money cause its saying i have to buy the character over and do all those hours over

Game keeps losing where I left off from after I close out of the app
A few ideas for future updates
I love this game, its fun and enjoyable with a variety of different characters to collect and play as. Events are fun to even if they are not many. For future updates, I would like to see more playable characters added to the game and upgraded tiers so there is a common, rate, epic, legendary and even mythical rarity for character cards. Also, i would like to see more locations to build police stations at since once you develop them all you have nothing left to do. Maybe add more events too with better rewards in the near future and give the option to rename your police stations for a more custom feel. Other than that, i really enjoy the game.

Good fun but faulty!
I paid £4.99 to open a diamond piggy bank and it took my money but gave me nothing back! When I click on ‘write to us’ the app just closes down! Why take money and not give us any way to communicate with you?!?

This update has a TON of bugs. From npc’s clipping into walls and getting stuck, slowing down progression…to completion of a department and not being able to move to the next one, to 4 actual days elapsing before the system recognizes you’ve been playing that entire time…then granting you the login rewards after 4 days…very very VERY flawed.

Upgrading
Having to upgrade 5 characters before upgrading to the next level is ridiculous. This is weeks of playing. If this is a req to move to the next prison the drops for character upgrading needs to be fixed

I think that this game is really fun and nice how I can do different things to make the police station better.

Massive bugs and reading other recent reviews, looks like they have been going on for a long time. Don’t waste time or money when the developer won’t fix issues.
Ima need some xp
This game is great and I have been waiting playing it for a while but it’s nearly impossible for me to enjoy the game when I’m 7 ranks behind and I can’t switch prisons This is because of some xp updates and prison releases so I just get stuck and it kinda makes the game unplayable please fix this
