Absolute time saver
It doesn’t matter if you belong to a small or large agency, this app will save you time on report writing. The app identifies your witness, victims and suspects without you having to individually identify them. Works great with telephone reports or simply hit the record button before going on scene. The reports generated from calls are written professionally and easy to understand. My agency uses report system that requires 15-20 minutes of data entry before actually getting to write your report. I hit the generate narrative button and with 1 minute have a report to review. You do need to review the report to change some terms or format to your agency specific format but you will spend less than 5 minutes making changes. Absolute game changer.

Cost
During the trial period its a great App but when comes to the paid version to continue it is super expensive specially if your not using it frequently. If it was more like $10month you would probably keep subscribers. There are definitely other more cost effective ways to help with AI report writing.

I’m not one to give low reviews, but it’s a free app and you literally cannot use it without buying a subscription.

No more late nights
Our department tried Axon Draft One, but ended up not moving forward with them because of how much editing we had to do in the reports to really nail down events and probable cause. This app, however, is a miracle. I dictate between calls, and it spits out perfect reports. The customization options are unreal. Fits our department to a T. No more staying late nights in the office catching up on reports.

Excellent AI App for Reports
This app saves me HOURS every shift. Turning my ramblings into a polished report is like magic. The snippets feature is clutch for repetitive stuff like DUI stops.
A cop’s dream
I can dictate on the road in between dispatches, tweak it at the station at the end of the day, and submit without touching Word. The headers/footers customization makes it fit our department’s style perfectly. To say this app has changed the way I write reports is an understatement. My only gripe with this app is that it didn’t exist years ago when I started.

Major Time saver
Using this app has saved me between 15 to 25 minutes after a call that I would normally spend writing a report designed to satisfy both command staff and the court system. It's often said that a well-prepared report can reduce the time spent in court. Given the current high call volume, we typically find ourselves completing reports at the end of our shifts, which often leads to several hours of extra work. I've shared the benefits of this app with several of my fellow deputies, as well as the Desk Sergeant, who takes reports at command throughout the day.
