The team doesn’t answer, when you stake polkadot, good luck trying to unlock it because you simply CANT and the team does nothing to help you. I have sent them emails for over two years now and still no answer. Pathetic
Cannot unlock my funds and cannot get any help
I’ve been emailing for years at this point and I can’t get any help. The “unlock” feature does not work, even through all this time of downloading every update and trying to unlock my funds with different devices.
I haven’t been able to unlock my money for years as I had to sit there and watch it dwindle down to 10% of what it was.
This is ridiculous, I’ve been begging them to get back to me for way too long.
I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but I’m desperate enough for someone at Polkawallet to finally respond to me.

Terrible scam
No clear way to get your money back out after you bond tokens. Approached community support on Twitter and got no response. Scam.

Wallet no longer opens
I have used the app for about 2 years. I tried to open it a few days age and it will not open, it just flashes back to my Home Screen.

User unfriendly
I guess your wallet can only be as user friendly as the underlying blockchain, which Polkadot couldn’t be further from. Land on planet and try creating something useful.

You can use Acala and Karura from this app and it has a nice interface. Not sure why this app is so badly reviewed by some other people. I love it.

After a recent redesign this wallet become unusable. Don’t waste your time. There are alternatives
