Hello I think you misunderstood the functionality of credit no need to buy credit to create a poll. Credit is for how you want to collect votes. If you want not to buy credit please select the Anonymous option.Still you have any query then please contact us on yo@7span.com

1. It’s really easy to create a poll , intuitively simple app which has everything: name of the voters , statistics and time.
2. I love how you control everything, u can stop it any time, send a link to anyone, let ppl change their old votes or make it visible for a wider audience
3. They’ve got 6 languages which makes it super convenient (at least for me)

App is okay.. need to Improve
Voters cannot edit their names and there are system generated names on the poll.
The data cannot downloaded to excel making it easier to reach out to all voters.

Waste of time
Deleted in straight away as the format wasn’t straight forward. Why would I have to submit a message to the app on WhatsApp to cast a vote? Shouldn’t the results remain on the app. Then, all the group members would rely on the app and voting would be easier.
It could’ve been simpler🤷🏻‍♀️
After you login into the app, make a poll and send it, people need to press the link, go in to the website, choose the answer, and instead of just finishing it there, it takes you to the WhatsApp, you need to send a message of a code and then it will register.
It’s confusing for no reason, and in the massage it sends you another message with a link for no reason 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cannot get verified to use app
Just installed the app but it doesnt let me use it. Getting started requires a verification code sent to my phone Which I receive and enter. Then I get the message: “the user device.one signal id field is required” and can go no further. Help
