I pay for a survey i took crazy
I got 80 points from a survey i took and 1520 points was deducted from mypoints i already earn, after i complete the survey, and the survey it took 30 minutes to complete the survey about cars. This is crazy. I took screenshots, if i could i would love to upload them. And the help and support reply i got from pollpe, and they use canned phrases to reply email

Unfortunately, chargeback amounts are set entirely by the third-party survey provider based on their internal quality checks. PollPe simply applies what the provider sends us, and we have no way to adjust, override, or reverse those deductions, even when the reversed amount is larger than the original reward.
We genuinely wish we could change this for you, but these decisions are completely outside our control.
To protect your earnings going forward, please keep answering all surveys honestly, carefully, and consistently.
