Initially everything was going smooth while using the app, then I didn't receive 500₹ of mine which I had withdrawn and I kept asking for help even sending mails but there was no response for any of those, noone is even providing help, I am constantly looking for answers because I spent alot of time doing those surveys despite that I didn't get my amount. There is no way to contant the customer care also you can only send an email to which they have not been responding. Worst experience ever.

This app gives me rage bait every time I open it there’s something wrong with it plenty of disqualifications vague/broken surveys and even if I complete tasks they take the money back in name of some charges
Worst experience only first few days it all went well and I was filling the surveys very honestly with no hacks and fraud that is why I’m frustrated a lot

PollPe is a good app for earning some extra pocket money in your free time. The surveys are easy to complete, and the rewards are useful. Good option for students and anyone looking to earn a little extra.

I pay for a survey i took crazy
I got 80 points from a survey i took and 1520 points was deducted from mypoints i already earn, after i complete the survey, and the survey it took 30 minutes to complete the survey about cars. This is crazy. I took screenshots, if i could i would love to upload them. And the help and support reply i got from pollpe, and they use canned phrases to reply email
I hear you — seeing a 1520 point deduction after earning just 80 points from that survey is really frustrating, and I completely understand why that feels unfair.
Unfortunately, chargeback amounts are set entirely by the third-party survey provider based on their internal quality checks. PollPe simply applies what the provider sends us, and we have no way to adjust, override, or reverse those deductions, even when the reversed amount is larger than the original reward.
We genuinely wish we could change this for you, but these decisions are completely outside our control.
To protect your earnings going forward, please keep answering all surveys honestly, carefully, and consistently.
