So, it’s all good, but we need to be able to create our own models. Like, I know there is the picture thing and the ai, but it gets everything wrong. Could we just PLEASE have an easy to use app that lets US make the models? Thank you!

Even tho my 3D printer is online and have Wi-Fi and internet, when I the to print on my phone, it says it's not online even though it is online and developors need to fix this and robotics do

I would recommend using Bambu Handy instead. In my experience, Polo Print Cloud feels very limited, with a much smaller model library, and I’ve also experienced glitches while using the app. And, all the models are by one creator!
This is separate from the app itself, but my experience with the Tina2 Plus printer was very disappointing. In my opinion, it was one of the worst printers I have tried. If you are a beginner and recently bought a Tina2 Plus, I would seriously consider comparing it with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini before deciding to keep it.
The A1 Mini offers a larger build area, a much bigger ecosystem, has been much more reliable in my experience, can print multi color with a separate extension (ams lite), and is way faster, for the same price as the Tina2 Plus. It might even be cheaper (a1 mini is 219 dollars because it’s on sale right now, Tina2 plus is 210-220 dollars). The Tina2 Plus is a giant waste of money compared to a1 mini.

You can’t add new 3d print designs on it and you don’t get actually kinda not cool stuff on there but it’s also kind of boring and you get to choose stuff but like it’s also kind of boring cause you don’t have like over thousands and thousands reviews that you get to do like it’s cool stuff you know but other 3-D printers apps have it like why not this app like it’s disrespectful I guess

I can print fine when I find what I’m looking for but there is way to many things to look through to find what you want. The bad thing is that their is a search bar but it never works, it just loads and then never pulls up what your looking for.

Not easy to make it work - frustrating process…
Nice App! Minor Issues
This app is really easy to use, and uploading files is easy too! But sometimes when I upload files they don’t work. I made sure it was an STL file, and it didn’t work. Also could you add ZIP and 3MF files too.

Broken app
Your app doesn’t connect to my TinaS2 v10 printer. It constantly disconnects by itself and the app is practically useless because it has NO control over my printer, even while being connected and your app saying it’s ONLINE AND CONNECTED. And your “custom” option for printing models is ALSO broken. Never connects to my printer. I’m also going to add that your printer is incapable of handling TPU. Every time I try to change the nozzle temp to handle TPU it just disagrees with me and refuses?? seriously please fix whatever connection issue with your app, it barely does anything.

I recommend getting it is so much fun and it works perfectly fine. The only downside is that like on the picture thingy sometimes they’ll say you don’t have to. You have to wait a while cause so many people are on it but besides that it’s very fun. It’s very very awesome. Five star.
