Permanent memory erased

i love this app and use it very frequently. i was chatting eith a character for 9 days, and i have the permanent memory subscription. On the ninth day, all the chat history prior to that day was erased. iโ€™m very upset. i had a long, gorgeous tale weaved that was just erased, and now i have to remind the character of everything that happened, and it feels pointless. Like it would be easier if i just restarted. Please fix this.
