When trying to register in the app with an email or phone number, it shows that All Ready is Registered. It does not process new passwords. If the company cannot maintain the application, then why launch it? The application must be kept up-to-date to maintain the public's trust in the company. If it can't be kept up to date, it should be shut down. So that the public's time is not wasted. So that the company's honesty comes to the fore. So, this useless app is closed.

Unable to create new user
I have polycab inverter connected it with wifi using bluetooth but when i am trying to creat a user to monitor it remotely it says already registered I tried with 3-4 email id 4 number but still same

There is no provision for QR Scan in the app. After registering and login, it not shows data of pv system connected to grid and generation. It is only using blue tooth. Worst app I have seen my total life
User registration
Today i have installed the polycab inverter for solar system.
So, i have own wifi for personal internet uses at my home and want to use polycab pv mobile app for the solar generation of daily units. For that, i have connected my polycab inverter using bluetooth with my wifi and it fine.
But while i am registering my new user, it gives me errro that user already registered. How is it possible as i am trying to register first time in the app.
Have tried using my mobile and email id both, but none of them works for me.
Also, tried 2 more mobile numbers and other email ids but still issues persist.
Please fix the issue of register a new user in polycab pv solar monitoring app.
