Voice but no video
This app was working fine for me until recently .. i get voice the far site can see me and hear me .. but i cannot see nor hear them .. any suggestions? Is there going to be a fix for this .. IPAD IOS 14.4
How did this get on my ipad?
I never heard of it until I saw in Privacy settings that it was requesting and had “green dot” for all sorts of stuff that I obviously never granted because I never heard of it before & had to Google it to find out what it was. I certainly never downlaoded it myself.

Heart breaking
Seven weeks of trying to get this app to work on a video visit with a loved one... no help from the DOC or poly com. Apple, please delete this app because there is no support for “guest” accounts. I mean the dep of corrections has the license key and they would have to surrender this to the users to in turn give it to customer support in order to help you. And you know that is never going to happen. Doc. Is of no useful help. Contact your corrupt pa gov to change the way they do video visits, This is heart breaking!

I don’t see my bad review I made about this app no more or the millions of other most recent reviews. I’m surprised this app even exists it’s horrible. It hangs up non stop and freezes it looks like a dated app from the 1980’s please do something about this app instead of erasing or hiding people’s reviews

Bad crash
The newest update seems to have a serious bug. I can use everything just as before, but when I select the directory/phonebook icon to place a call the app crashes every time. Happens on my iPhone and iPad. Software is provisioned by a CMA.
No Portrait Mode!
On an iPad in landscape mode, the camera is on the side of the screen. This results in the user looking sideways into the camera, which is very awkward and distracting for the person viewing the video stream. Not offering a portrait mode on the iOS app is ridiculous.

On an IPad the landscape only is very frustrating. The camera ends up focused at the side of the user’s face. Please give us the option to chose portrait.
Stopped working for me with 3.8
I was happily using the app until 3.8 was installed then both ipad and iphone versions broke.
I have had to use an adndroid device to get back to work.
The 'Report a Problem' link doesn't take me somewhere I can raise a ticket, send a mail or leave a message.

Simple and easy to use
What is great about the Polycom RealPresence app is that is just works! It is simple to join a meeting, view HD video, and see/share content. No fancy bells and whistles to complicate the user experience!
Battery drain
This app is a shocker when it comes to battery consumption. I have used skype or face time for over an hour at times only to drop 30-50%. This app went from 98% to 10% battery in 70 minutes on ipad air.
I am sure the issue is more software related than hardware.

When it works, its the best
I often have problems dialing into my companies bridge. It connects and my colleagues can see and hear me, but I can neither see or hear them. If I hang up and try again it will often eventually work. I have taken to calling the bridge 5 or more minutes early just so I can dial/re-dial until I hear the "you are the first caller", then I know I am good.
I don't know whether it is an app problem or not. With each update I hope it gets better.

Keeps crashing on iOS7
Just installed and every time I open the app it begins some form of initialising and then crashes. Using on iPad on iOS7. Please fix quickly before I'm going to uninstall.
Constant freezing
I have used previous versions of this app and really had it work well. The new version 3.0 is no longer usable as the video constantly freezes up. It even freezes when it shows an excellent connection to a network. The new updates have made this app unusable.
Very good app for connecting to VCC network
Very useful app for both iPad and iPhone to connect into our company's video conference network when on the road.

Excellent app.
Great until the recent update
I've used the app for a while. It was working great until the recent update. After the update we suffer severe packet loss and dropped calls. This happens with different iPads (2 and 3), and strong wireless coverage.
Please troubleshoot and resolve. I relied heavily on it until now. I'll be happy to change it to 5 stars once the issue is resolved.
