About

Polytactus Metronome is a precision metronome built around one idea: hear every layer of the beat at once. MIX YOUR SUBDIVISIONS Six independent click tracks — accent, quarter, eighth, sixteenth, triplet, and a free n-tuplet (2–16) — each with its own volume slider and tone. Blend quarters with triplets, add a 5-tuplet on top, or isolate just the accents. Your rhythm, your mix. BUILT FOR REAL PRACTICE • Tempo 30–300 BPM: dial, ± buttons, direct number entry, or tap tempo • Time signatures from 1/2 to 16/16, with automatic compound-meter accent grouping • A/B alternation: assign each track to A beats, B beats, or both to build alternating patterns • Count-in and auto-stop after a set number of bars • Visual mode: a swinging needle and screen-edge pulse you can follow with sound off CLEAN, FAST, YOURS • Full-screen layout in portrait and landscape, on iPhone and iPad • Interactive tutorial that walks you through every control • Light / dark themes and custom accent colors • All click tones are synthesized in-app — no samples, instant start • Optional haptic feedback, controlled in Settings • Keeps clicking in the background while you use other apps ONE PURCHASE, EVERYTHING INCLUDED No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. Buy once, practice forever.

What's New in Polytactus Metronome

Bug fixes and refinements: • Fixed haptic feedback firing ahead of the click — the tap is now aligned to the audio output latency of the current route, so touch and sound land together • Removed a per-click audio-session call that could add timing jitter • Haptic feedback now starts switched off on new installs; turn it on any time in Settings (existing settings are kept) • Feature tips no longer appear on top of the first-launch tutorial — they now wait until the tutorial is finished • The Tap circle at the bottom of the dial now takes the accent colour when a beat sounds there, matching the −/+ marks • The metronome settings window now uses the same rounded card shape as the general settings screen • Corrected Traditional Chinese text in the tutorial and demo captions
