Help!
I love this app, but I’m having a problem. Every time I go to put a filter on a video, the video turns to a blank white screen. I’ve tried re downloading and updating. Any suggestions?
Not able to save photos
I just renewed my subscription, but I’m having problems saving edited photos. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but still the same. Help a girl out pls because this is the only editor I like to use.
Used to love
Never thought I would be writing a review for a camera app but I paid $50 for a lifetime of POMELO but then had to continue paying again just to use it? Totally a rip off I shouldn’t have to keep repurchasing for an app I already paid for. And then with the new update you had to connect to Facebook to use certain filters even after you paid for?? Insane, used to be my go to app but now I have to find something else.

Photo doesn’t save the same
I really like this app! I use it to edit all my photos with a preset filter I have the only issue is when you save the photo, it isn’t identical to the one u edited. Most of the Rome it isn’t as bright and I’ll screenshot the photo I edited on the app and compare it to the one that was saved and they aren’t the same!

Give back the old update!!
Ive had this app for years!! It was my go to for taking amazing pictures! So many filters to choose from and such great quality no matter what phone I had but this new update is not it. I’m not a fan of the new update where I can’t use the filters and take pics simultaneously. This is just like any regular editing app now and it’s boring. Please return the old features. I regret updating now. :(

Major Downgrade
I’ve never thought to leave a review on an app before, but the recent update to Pomelo actually compelled me to. As many others have stated, the previous versions of the app where nearly perfect; this was my go-to for editing all photos. I understand wanting to make a profit and whatever else, but the way this upgrade was rolled out is a major disservice to loyal users. Unfortunately, I’ll probably delete the app soon as I don’t intend to pay for features that were previously free (looking at you, “Saturation” slider).

Disappointed
I’ve had this app for years and I’ve loved it I could touch up my pictures just the way I wanted without it being over board. I opened my app today and the update is awful I have to go and delete the app now because if I don’t pay I can’t use it the way I used to anymore. The new update is very confusing and not likable. I’m very disappointed that the one photo app I’ve used for years I have to get rid of unless I pay an extreme amount of money.

Update is whack
I have had this app for years and always make sure it’s on my phone. It was the perfect touch. This update removing basically every noteworthy feature is a huge bust. Considering it was done without warning, and the new layout being basically unusable compared to what it was (and the new filters are total garbage???) I have no desire to see what’s behind the paywall. I have a feeling that paying for the app isn’t going to bring back what I loved about it.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I agree with the assessment of the other user. This updated version is absolutely terrible. It’s like you completely ruined the entire app. I have even paid for filters on the older version and now they are gone and I can’t restore them. Total rip off! New filters are mundane at best-tepid- and have rendered this app utterly unimpressive. If you knew what was best for your users you would restore what you previously had immediately!!

Update will be your downfall
This will be my first app review ever. Sadly, just like others, I LOVED this app. I loved the filters. Used them for nearly all my photos. But I open the app today with a new update and find that the filters are terrible, and pretty much no different to each other. All my old favorites are no longer here - and I even checked through the pro filters, which are just as bad as the ones offered. What the heck, pomelo? Why fix a good thing? I know plenty of people who, like me, have used this app for YEARS and will have to find a new filter app, unless this magically gets reversed.

Deleted app
I’ve had this app for a very long time and i updated it and don’t like the new version. This was always my go-to app because it had the filters on the camera (instead of taking the photo and then putting a filter on it) and had a great variety of filters to chose from. But now, I can’t even use a filter on the camera, and I have to pay 50$ to have it for a full time. That is ridiculous! More advanced camera apps that have more features cost 5$ mostly. The app without the ‘pro’ is just a regular camera so nobody will even use the app because most are definitely not going to pay the full amount and probably not even monthly. Probably too late , but the creator should change it back, the ‘new version’ was a bad decision.

The older version was better
I used to absolutely love this app to death! I put all my friends on it. You were able to select a filter before taking the picture just so you get a feel for how the pictures would look. I had some amazing pictures with the “Iceland” filter. Now you open up the app and you’re forced to either load a picture or capture one off their own camera without the already installed filters. Anyways 6 years boiled down to this... no thank you. If you switch back to your old filters, I’ll rethink about using it :)

New Update is Horrible
What happened to the old Pomelo version? I opened my app today and everything was completely different and not in a good way. All of the filters now look like garbage, like cheap filters you find on Facebook or something. The old version had a few filters that looked amazing and I used them constantly on my edits. Now this update I cannot find my favorite filter or anything that looks even close to it. This is trash. I will no longer be using this app as my favorite app for filters, I’ll have to look elsewhere.

Great Filters
I have been using this app for years. I love how it improves my pics. I have noticed that there aren’t as many free filter choices but I’m hoping they will bring them back. I would recommend this app for all picture lovers.
Bug?
First of all I would like to say how much I’ve enjoyed using this app. However just recently (yesterday) I can’t seem to edit my photos anymore. Every time I click on my phone it says “image does not exist. Please fix this, I want to use this app again! Thank you!!!
My Go-To Photo App
I've been using this app for years and to this day, it's the first app I open to edit my favorite shots. I've got some gimmicky apps that do fun stuff but for serious pics, this is the best. A lot of "easy functionality" that creates great results without the loss in quality that other apps cause. I can always print these photos after editing and have no worries: they come out crisp.

Outstanding
Everywhere I would go, on Instagram, sc, Facebook, my friends camera rolls, they all had amazing pictures. I wanted to create some of my own but doing that is so hard. I searched high and low, left and right, literally everywhere for the perfect app and I could never find it. That was until I found Pomelo. The first picture I took I was very pleased with. This app is seriously better than all the Instagram filters and VSCO cam filters combined. This app is BEAUTIFUL. it is magnificent. It is wonderful. Thank you for creating it. I seriously love it. It is the best.

This is by far one of the best Photo editing apps I have ever tried. Fast and simple menu is what defines it. The app it's easy and self explanatory about how to use. Moreover, it is very dynamic and has perfect filters for almost every kind of photo.
