You can set reminders to let you get notified of any planned task or event. This way you won't miss any activity you would wish to do. If you want to get reminded of a task you should do daily, you need to switch on the daily reminder while creating the reminder, otherwise, you will only be notified once. Some tasks are done daily and thats why I thought about this during the app creation process.
