Wind your timer, freeze a session you want to keep, and ask Siri in your own words. • Wind the timer: drag the dot around the dial to choose how long you'll focus, minute by minute, with a click on the lengths you use most. • Freeze: a session paused for more than an hour now lapses, so nothing lingers in the Dynamic Island. Freeze it under a layer of frost to keep it for later; your widgets frost over too. • Siri knows your timer: ask for a 25 minute timer for chapter 3, or to pause, resume or stop it. • An honest Focus Coach: it names what holds you back this week and gives you one thing to do about it. • The next step, suggested: after Chapter 4 comes Chapter 5. Tap the field and the suggestions appear, out of the way until then. • Sessions in your calendar: finished sessions can go into a Pomopush calendar in iCloud, back-to-back ones as one block. • A new introduction, focus mode in pure black for OLED screens, and a Dynamic Island that follows your progress. • On Mac: hold ⌘Q to quit, so a running session isn't lost to a slip. Plus a sharper Liquid Glass icon, calmer screens throughout and a steadier timer.
