This service is not ready for prime time. Incomplete instructions. Typos. No real AI conversation. A UX that does not allow you to backtrack in a lesson. It is so badly conceived the only conclusion I can draw is that it is a scam. Buyer beware. Also, the instruction for how to cancel your subscription are completely misleading.

The app is great for learning languages, but they need to fix bugs
I am learning German and often the audio don’t play, or the app does not listen to what I say and grade me 0.
If they fox these amateur bugs it will be a great app. For the price they charge they should be on top of those issues.

App doesn’t seem ready
It’s seems they launched to quickly and the app developers have NO attention to detail. I hope they make immediate upgrades if looks like it could be a useful and successful app if launched properly
This is a scam
There is no AI tutor and when you download the app it says “Keto diets”. Do not lose your money.

Do not buy. Not as described
Despite having a flag from Portugal on its homepage, the app does NOT have european Portuguese. I asked to cancel within 10 minutes of purchase and was told no refund. The first lesson every answer was the first response so not even challenging despite not having the language they advertised. I will dispute via my credit card.

Unhappy user
Do not buy this! The ai speaker has a worse accent than I have!
Terrible
there are no instructions. There is no way to learn how to use this easily. I got no feedback from my little conversation. It’s speaks way too rapidly and it does not appear to be truly interactive. I contacted the company SS as to how to use it and twice twice they either didn’t answer or did not do anything helpful. Do not buy this app. It leans on learning to read Japanese rather than speak it and that is exactly the opposite of how it is advertised as a way to easily learn conversational Japanese from scratch. when I contacted SERVICE after having it firmly a week they refused to return my money. Also they signed you up for a subscription where they were automatically charge you again and at least I got that canceled. I believe this company is terrible with the worst service and that is why I gave it a one. Do not use this. I have Japanese relatives and I’ve been to Japan and though I am not in any way a speaker of Japanese, I at least Thought this would be a good way to use AI to get feedback to learn conversational Japanese. It is dominantly reading skills you need.

Bait & Switch
I am disappointed. Before I purchased the app, I took the quiz which utilized European Portuguese (they even used the Portugal flag) and was slated A2 proficiency. After I purchased, I discovered that there is only Brazilian Portuguese offered “behind the veil.” I immediately requested cancellation and explained why… The response was you’ve been cancelled, sorry, no refunds.
