Pompeii Novena

The Pompeii Novena guides you through 54 days of rosary prayer: 27 days of petition and 27 days of thanksgiving. The app remembers which day it is, what you have already prayed and what is still ahead. PRAYER STEP BY STEP • Opening prayers with your intention, the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries (and, if you wish, the Luminous Mysteries) and closing prayers. • A Scripture passage and the fruit of the mystery for each of them. • A bead counter — or a single tap for the whole decade when you pray on your own rosary. • Night mode, larger text and read-aloud. MEDITATIONS IN SEVEN VERSIONS For each of the 20 mysteries: for young people, parents, married couples, the sick, the elderly, those who feel lost and consecrated persons. Each is paired with public-domain sacred art — Fra Angelico, Raphael, Titian, El Greco and others. NINE LANGUAGES Prayers and meditations in Polish, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Slovak, Croatian and Lithuanian. You choose the prayer language independently of your phone's language. The translations are still waiting to be reviewed by native speakers. THE WHOLE JOURNEY AT A GLANCE • A calendar of all 54 days and your progress each day. • Reminders for each part of the rosary, at the times you choose. • The Supplica to the Queen of the Holy Rosary, solemnly prayed on 8 May and the first Sunday of October. • A Grace Journal, your novena history and a keepsake when you finish. • A home-screen widget. PRIVACY Your intention and everything you write stay on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking — the app does not connect to the internet.
