About
Two workshop benches in one application: one designs the firing of a ceramic kiln, the other draws a rope joint. Each number is calculated based on the information you enter, and nothing leaves your device.
On the oven bench:
1) Read the instructions - target thermal work value, tolerance range, chamber ceiling and ascent speed limit.
2) Add the ramp and hold sections and set the temperature and hours for each.
3) Tap Check the heat work accumulated from the combustion, the total hours and the peak temperature or the exact reading that was missed.
4) Save it and move to the next step. At 64 steps, the lane narrows and new rules come into effect: required hold, time period, reduction window.
On the connecting bench:
1) The instructions set the diameter of the rope, the number of strands and the grip of the joint.
2) Place the pleats one at a time by selecting the strands they will pass under and narrowing the last few. 3) Tap on "Check Joint Fixation, Excavation Length and Number of Strands" and note down any broken rules.
4) Climb 72 steps when taper, dig and strand balance information appears.
Saved results are transferred to an archive that you can reopen or share. The readings alternate between Celsius/mm and Fahrenheit/inches.
