What's New in PongLens

1.0.7

October 29, 2026

Scoring: the scorer always knows who served, and asks "Who served first?" when it can't tell. Uploading: a match now asks for your side on its picture, and the side you pick is always kept. Fixes and improvements.

Possibly the most well packaged table tennis app out there

Table tennis is notorious for having really ugly, unintuitive apps. The PongLens team has seriously gone a long way in raising the stakes for what an intuitive app should look and feel like. The technology they’ve built here is cool - when I first saw the table detection working and guiding me on where to place the camera - I was shook! The cuts and scoring experience are excellent and for someone looking to seriously study their own game, this app makes so much sense. The app has so much potential for what they can do for table tennis players and coaches and I’m excited for this.

Dead time cutting worked great. I like that I can see so many stats after scoring the match
