PONS is a solid vocabulary app with most definitions for German words. Provides good usage examples as well. There seems to be a bug in recognizing premium membership status at renewal. I had to try many machinations to get the app to launch recognizing my status. Only by trying a 3 day trail, which the app then realized I was already a subscriber and correctly choosing „Ok“ way I able to connect to my account and download offline dictionaries. BTW, I never heard back from support when I asked how to resolve. At any rate, I am ready to board my flight to Europe with offline dictionary access.

This app was my favorite language dictionary, but it has gone utterly downhill with the update.

Shuts Down automatically
The app has been shutting itself down for a week once I only write a word to translate, really annoying. I tried uninstalling, I have the newest version of both app and IOS. I turned the Ipad down. I hope someone will do sth about it. I have been using the app for more than a year and there has never been such a problem. At the same time, I do not have this problem on my Iphone.

Это был один из лучших немецко/рус переводчиков, после множества обновлений приложение превратилось в помойку, сейчас постоянно вылетает ошибка на любых языках, и ничего не переводит.
