About
Your life isn’t one list. Ponte keeps Home, Work, Care and Pet apart, and gives you one bridge across all four.
FOUR SIDES
• Home — groceries, bills and the everyday, with the office out of the way.
• Work — projects with a timeline, steps inside each task, and estimates that add up.
• Care — for when you look after someone. The day opens as a summary in large cards, appointments come with call and directions, and emergency contacts are one tap away.
• Pet — food, walks and visits. Ponte tells you when the food is running low and shows the walk next to the goal, with the distance read from Apple Health.
MY DAY
What’s due today across every profile, in one list. Turn a profile off in Settings and it steps aside — nothing is deleted.
TYPE IT THE WAY YOU’D SAY IT
“Dentist Friday 3pm” becomes a task with a date and a time, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
PLANS THAT FIT THE DAY
Give tasks an estimate and Ponte compares your plan with the free time in your calendar. Drag a task onto the timeline to give it an hour. Start a focus session on any task, and Ponte adds up the time.
AT HOME ON YOUR DEVICES
Widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, Spotlight, Focus filters and Apple Health (read only, for the walk ring). Repeats, reminders, tags and attachments — including voice notes, transcribed on your device.
YOURS
No account and no server of ours. Your tasks live on your devices and sync through your own private iCloud. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Import from Apple Reminders, a TickTick backup or a Todoist CSV, and export everything to a file whenever you like.
This app is free and accepts no payments of any kind.

What's New in Ponte
1.0.2
October 27, 2026
• iPhone Duo: folding, unfolding or turning your phone now keeps the task you had open, and no longer leaves a blank sheet on the screen. • iPhone Duo, opened: with a task open, search tucks into a magnifying glass at the top instead of covering the task. • iPhone Duo: the sidebar stays the way you left it after folding, and My Day keeps its large title when you open the phone upright.
