About

PonyLegsFitness is your free workout log for strength training and cardio – for people who want to know whether they are actually getting stronger or merely occupying gym equipment with remarkable confidence. No login. No subscription. No ads. No in-app purchases. No tracking. Your training data stays locally on your iPhone. WORKOUT PLANS – NOW WITH AN ASSISTANT Build weekly or biweekly plans, organize freely named training days, or simply start an empty workout. The new Plan Assistant considers your goal, experience level, frequency, available time, and equipment. It generates complete plans, suggests exercises for individual days, and optimizes existing plans. Every proposed change is shown before it is applied and can be selected, rejected, or replaced individually. Plans can also be duplicated and restored from earlier local versions. The deterministic assistant works offline on every supported iPhone starting with iOS 18. On Apple Intelligence-compatible iPhones running iOS 26 or later, Apple’s on-device model can optionally refine suggestions. Your profile, training history, instructions, prompts, and results remain on the device. There is no external AI service and no upload of your workout data. STRENGTH TRAINING WITHOUT MEMORY THEATER Choose exercises from the searchable, filterable catalog or create your own. Track sets, reps, and weights, including unilateral exercises and machines with separate loads. Add, replace, delete, collapse, and reorder exercises with drag and drop. Previous best values become sensible suggestions. Timestamped notes can be pinned to exercises and managed centrally. CARDIO. APPARENTLY THAT COUNTS TOO. Track treadmill sessions, exercise bikes, AirBike, rowing, Stair Climber, running, and more. Depending on the activity, record duration, distance, speed, pace, incline, resistance, watts, and calories. Active cardio sessions are safely captured when you finish the workout. A REST TIMER WITH A MEMORY Save custom rest times for the current workout only or globally for an exercise. The timer continues in the background, provides visual and audible cues, and appears as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. STATISTICS INSTEAD OF VIBES Analyze workouts, training time, sets, reps, volume, personal records, exercise progress, and cardio metrics. Filter by date range, plan, or exercise, reopen completed workout summaries, and export statistics as CSV. ACHIEVEMENTS WITH OPINIONS Earn visible and secret achievements for consistency, strength, cardio, hard work, and questionable decisions. New unlocks are highlighted and can be shared as custom comic-style cards. SHARE, IMPORT, AND BACK UP Share plans through Mail, Signal, WhatsApp, Messages, or Files. When importing an updated coach plan, review exactly what changed first. You can also export and import completed workouts, notes, and full backups. PonyLegsFitness is 100% free. Just you, your training, and numbers that can defend themselves – without an app asking for your credit card every other tap.

What's New in PonyLegsFitness

1.9.1

September 2, 2026

Version 1.9.1 makes active workouts faster and more convenient: • When you change the weight of a set, the new value is automatically applied to all following unfinished sets. Earlier and already completed sets remain unchanged. • Hiking is now available as a dedicated cardio exercise in the exercise catalog. You can track duration, distance, steps, elevation, speed, and pace. • Haptic feedback strength can now be adjusted in Settings, ranging from completely disabled to a much stronger response. • Long exercise names are displayed in full during an active workout instead of being unnecessarily truncated. • After saving an exercise note, the app now automatically returns to the active workout. This update also includes additional refinements and stability improvements.
