I’ve been using poof for a couple weeks now and I thought it was just going to be another voice memo thing but as I’ve seriously used it, it has changed a lot for me. I do alot with work and family so there’s been a lot of stress and anxiety but being able to use this app has helped me relieve the stress.

Sometimes we feel cloudy with a ton of thoughts in our heads, this app lets me talk, vent, empty things that can either “poof and begone” or I can keep it to review my “crash out” lol anyway pretty cool

I just used poof for the first time and it was great! I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend that gave me the space to clear my head
