I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have been attempting for weeks to obtain a meaningful review of my concerns regarding purchases made through their game.
My issue is not that the purchases occurred. My issue is that when I raised concerns and requested an investigation, I repeatedly received what appeared to be generic, canned responses that did not address the specific facts, questions, or documentation I provided.
As a paying customer, I expected a fair review of my concerns, clear communication, and an explanation that addressed the details of my case. Instead, I have been left waiting while receiving responses that appear largely automated and do not answer the issues raised.
Because of the lack of resolution, I have disputed the charges with my financial institution and have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and other consumer protection agencies.
I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before spending significant amounts of money with this company.
