I can't connect to heating pump according the manual. The seller provides no support so far. Is there any contact who can help..

App not discovering heat pump

Since 1.3 version the app is not recognising the heat pump even in the past it was working fine. Neither AP set to b/g/n mode nor securing the only one wifi at 2.4ghz around.
