Could be great - but it’s not sadly

This app is full of so many bugs.. it has the foundation to be a great app but apparently they’ve abandoned any improvement efforts. Stopped playing 2 years ago because it was so bad. Just got back on it and all the same issues from 2 years ago are all still here…lol. It crashes on game matching resulting in abandoned games which means you forfeit your entry fee. Customer service is so-so about refunding the entry fee but that’s a major pain waiting days to get your money back. The controls are horrible… the matching rankings are poor… ah the list goes on…. Really wish they would just fix the basic issues with this app because if they did - it would be actually fun to play rather than a time and money pit.
