Depositing works but not withdrawals

This company is a scam. I initially deposited for a while since I was new to the game and not good at it. I started winning a few games in a row finally and made a withdrawal. A month later and still no help from support. The app says the withdrawal was complete but I have recieved nothing and there is absolutely no customer service so it’s just a thriving company honestly

I’ve been playing this game for over 2 years and all of a sudden I get better they lock my account after making profit & I go to verify myself which I correctly filled out the information but still says “error” and they won’t respond or even let me in the app!! System knows what it’s doing and taking peoples money class action lawsuit will be in progress .
