Pro subscription not activated
I purchased PerformStars Pro through the Apple App Store, and the subscription is active in my Apple ID. However, my PerformStars account has not been upgraded to Pro. Both the app and website still ask me to purchase Pro. I contacted support by email, but have not received a response or solution yet. I paid for Pro but still cannot use the Pro features. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
