Great device. Works well but I’d like the onboard user manual to be in the English language please.
Gone downhill
This product was great. Worked really well but as of late, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Something changed in the app that no longer allows the end user to change the settings. As of now, the robot, when it works, will run all the time. You cannot program it to run any other way. You used to buy no more. Support is useless. This has been a problem for months and it hasn’t been fixed.
The robot itself, in my case, doesn’t charge despite being in the sun.
I wouldn’t buy this product again even though it was great at first.

Not working well
Recently noticed the app no longer allows you to customize your settings. You can try but changes won’t take. And if you tap on the I for information, it is in Czech and not English.
New version broken
Updated app and can no longer change cleaning options.

Currently does not work with OS16.1
Spoke with factory and not sure when it will be updated. Thankfully I have a IPad that it works with.

16.1 issue
Ever since 16.1 was released, the app will not connect to the Pool Robot….frustrating!!!
iOS 16.1 Broke App
Was working without a problem for the longest time but since the update to 16.1, it will no longer connect to the robot.
