Need more cash game options
Needs to be more game options in which player can get involved with cash games without depositing cash. I’ve been playing for ever and only had 1 chance at a cash game and I lost so that was it. I’ve had.5 in my wallet for months now and I’ve need. 6 along with500 gems to get into a cash game. My next shot at getting any money at all is at round 8 so it appears

I was blocked from contacting them after need receiving my redemption
I was First, it took 3 months for them to process my redemption then when they finally processed it, they said I would get my payment in 5 to 10 business days and now after ignoring multiple emails they are trying to say that they paid me, but I never received anything. And now one month after they said, they paid me. I still have not got a payment.

It’s been over two months since i submitted a withdrawal of my winnings. Nothing has come. They don’t reply even after a month or so ago they said they would fix this issue. I can’t add money or withdraw money.

This app used to work. I can’t add money. I won an amount on October 9th 2025, and it’s been processing since then. I email them about the situation over 5 times. The first response said it would be in my account on October 23rd or sooner. The amount never came and they don’t respond to any email.

I’ve used this app for a year, it’s pointless now. For some reason it’s taking a whole month to deliver any award or winnings .. and it wasn’t like this. Other apps pay out in a day or less. If you want to be paid super slow to the point you might not even live to get it. Waste your time here

Pool stars is a great game but within the last 3 months it won’t allow me to deposit cash. Keeps saying oops deposit failed. I have contacted support more then 10 times and no one has responded or reached out not even once.

Overall a great game but recently the app been acting up idk why I tried checking for updates but everything is up to date when I play the 1 vs 1 game for money it brings up the game but then the app closes by itself

I think this game is eventually going to go under,the public will catch on and realize there is nobody on the other end,you are taking a big risk depositing money into this game because if you do happen to win you will most likely never see it and there is no way to get a hold of anyone,scam city.
