폴더에 스샷추가할때 다른 폴더에 들어가있는 스샷은 제외하고 볼수있는 기능 만들어주심 안될까요?!

Very high quality

I love it. The feature where you can move the little duck around is amazing. Also it’s just very well designed. The auto pools feature is Also really good. Can you make more apps I would definitely get them!

Absolutely loving this app but some little feature suggestions:)

I’ve been lovin this app, but I would like to suggest some more features:
- it would be more useful if I can keep my screenshots ONLY in the pool app but not in my iPhone album.
- hope there’s an option of auto deletion for the iPhone photo album if I delete my screenshots from the app.

Privacy Policy is a mess

After a recent update the trash problem is gone. So this is good. But after reading the privacy policy I deleted the app right away. I know it’s a common behavior but for what reason collecting the IP address, device model, language, time zone, device identifiers, session identifiers is necessary? Also that third party providers like Google process my content. No thank you!

Hi! Our privacy policy is perfectly transparent : ) - We never train on your data, and you can disable all AI features and analytics during onboarding or at any time in Settings if you want a fully local experience. - Every screenshot is processed on-device. Only screenshots identified as articles or products may be sent to Gemini to recover the original link. - I recommend you delete your account cleanly from settings, before deleting the app. Thanks, Maxime, Cofounder

So useless and confusing 😵‍💫

What does this even do (that I can’t do with an album in the Photos app)? Really don’t get it. It’s almost like a troll app.

Muito bom, mas a IA falha em parte da promessa

A ideia é maravilhosa porque é muito fácil se perder nas capturas de tela. Entretanto, ele não criou as pools automáticas, como proposto. De qualquer forma, o prognóstico é bom porque fui de 2700 capturas de tela para pouco mais de 100, isso só de olhar a interface do app. Se as funções funcionarem corretamente, será melhor ainda.

Muito obrigado! 💙 As pools automáticas existem sim, só estão escondidas demais: vá até a página de Pools e toque em Criar Pool, que você vai encontrá-las lá. De 2.700 para pouco mais de 100 já fez o nosso dia! Vamos deixá-las bem mais fáceis de achar, prometo.

Genuinely no idea what the purpose is

I can search screenshots in photos. I thought maybe AI would categorize my screenshots for me but that’s not a thing apparently.

Not good for deleting photos

It’s a cute app, pretty good for sorting photos into categories.
The thing is when you delete photos, you have to empty the trash for it to actually delete, and anytime I try, the app crashes

Can‘t delete trash

The app looks very good and I would love to use it. But I can’t delete the trash. If I try to open the trash the app shuts down and I have to reopen it again. Please update!

Great app, but needs a "true pool" feature!

I really love the concept and the UI of this app, but it's missing one crucial feature. Since the app is called Pool, I wish I could just "throw" my screenshots into the pool and leave them there, without needing to keep the original files in my iPhone's main gallery. Right now, if I delete a screenshot from my camera roll, it disappears from the app too. I want to use Pool to de-clutter my native gallery! Please add an independent storage option so the screenshots can live only inside the app.

Can’t change my folder(pool) name

Love the UI but can’t find a way to rename or delete the pools.

hope this gets fixed because I’d really use this app a lot this app is really buggy as it doesn’t let you sign in unless you have a phone number or Apple ID and if you’re under 13, it doesn’t let you use an Apple account so you’re basically stuck with phone number and if you don’t have a phone number you can’t use this app and also that phone number is bugged

Privacy nightmare

Great concept in theory, but according to the developer, your screenshots speaks more about you than other personal information; and they would like to capitalize on that by uploading all your screenshots and process on the cloud. That’s a no for me.

Do not install this app

Read the privacy policy and think about what you’re doing, it’s not just your own privacy that you are giving up but anyone you associate with or take photos of or even strangers in the background of your photos. When an app is free ask yourself how they will pay for its development. Don’t do it.

Pool's revenue model is purchases made inside the app, when you buy something you've saved. That's it. If there's anything in our policy that reads badly or that you think we should do better, write to us at maxime@pool.day. We'd rather hear it than not.

Extremely underwhelming

The waitlist and mockups presented something that this app doesn’t even have.
It’s a simple album app where you can import screenshots. The screenshots folder does that already.

App won’t let me sign-in

I can’t even sign into this app. They have two different methods to sign in (by phone number or by Apple) and I received an error message that I was unable to sign in…from both methods.

Great Search. Performance Issues.

The search functionality works pretty well - I think if you try it you’d be impressed. However, the initial indexing caused my phone to overheat and the app crashed often while my screenshots were being indexed. So I knocked off a star for the performance-related issues.

The app also crashed when I was zooming in on a screenshot etc. Also, when I trigger the AI functionality nothing happens. The app says my screenshots will be uploaded to a server to run inference on them, but I haven’t had any indication that this is actually happening within the app.

So while the search functions pretty well, the app needs polishing to make the performance issues go away and to provide more context around whether and how the AI is enabled or not.

For an app that’s this well funded, and with a big team behind it (as per the credits section inside the app), I expect a lot more. I’d give it 3.5 stars but that’s not an option.
