Love this app! Very clean and easy to use.
Excited to track the pool data beyond a written spreadsheet.
One thing I’ve found after a week that is bothering me: On the Chemistry Calculator section, you input your numbers and it tells you what chemicals need to be added to achieve your goals.
At some random point after minimizing the app, it clears all of those numbers and the instructions. So I have to take a couple of screenshots each morning to make sure I don’t lose it.
Would be nice if the data stayed until midnight, with maybe a “clear entries” button for those that need to start over.

Not for large pools
If there were a trial I would be $4.99 richer. The app is OK it has the ability to save multiple pools, which is nice. It can’t handle chemical levels that are within DHEC guidelines but outside of the apps range. Kinda makes it pointless.

Best Pool/Spa Chemistry App I’ve Found
This is easily the best app I’ve found for tracking and correcting my spa’s chemistry. The customization is great for letting you only show the parameters that matter and dosing chemicals you have.
I use Bromine in my spa and would love to see inputs for those using a 2 step approach, sodium bromide and an oxidizer (MPS, Dichlor, or bleach), for maintaining correct bromine levels. Tracking sodium bromide levels may be a little advanced, and may be not needed in some methods, but there are tests for it and would be great to track. That would bring this app to a 10/10 for me. Also, changing order of parameters would be great.

Is what it is
If you buy this app, you’re gonna have to live with any bugs or issues that are present. The developer is very slow to update this app or make changes. The app is OK for most things but frustrating for other things. It is what it is. Good luck.
No metric measurement
Pool volume is in gallons, no support for metric measurements 😞

My pool maintenance tasks are much simpler and less frustrating. Enter the numbers, follow the guidance and Victory! Love it.
Misleading.
I was told by the seller I’d the test strips that I merely had to hold the water dipped strip up to the app on my phone to get the reading. I see no way to accomplish that.

GUI is awful; nowhere to enter test values?
The gui windows are not going away after selecting a new menu item; they just overlap and seem to be inoperable. I don’t see where I can add my routine test results. Completely useless. I’m amazed because there were such rave reviews on this app. Would like a refund. Total waste.

Does Everything You Need It To
Easy entry and the calculations pop right up for easy pool balancing. The app is only available in dark mode which is perfect for those late night pool maintenance sessions! Seriously, the developer assures me a light mode update is in the works. Get this app, use this app, be happy with simplified maintenance. AND no in app purchases and no annoying pop up ads. It does it all from the get go, so fall off your wallet… a worthwhile and minimal investment.

Awesome app
I use a Waterlink digital test station that came with its own software. I found it way to over complicated and not user friendly as it needs to be and this app was the answer. Hoping soon for an update to allow the setting of ranges of values to test against instead of just a number. Then those parameters that are in range will not show a need to adjust.

Top Notch Tool
This tool has made taking care of my own pool so easy.
Outstandingly useful!
The ability to store maintenance records, backing them up and being able to reimport them is a life saver. The interface is extremely intuitive and very customizable. The developer is very interactive and responds to emails regularly for bug reports and suggestions. The app is very worth the cost, even if doubled!

I and my hot tub…
…like this a lot. This is the best app I’ve found for managing my tub. I was managing my tub with a spreadsheet and a lot of guesswork, and this app has made things dead-on. The only thing I’d like to see is the addition of MPS as an oxidant, so it can be tracked, as I use it regularly.
Best Pool Water Managing App
The PoolWaterCalculator app has allowed me to take control of the water quality of my pool. The app is well organized and configurable to the chemicals you are using, it is full of information and provides a Dosing Guide for each chemical with instructions, chemical targets and ranges. The Analytical Graphs provide visual feedback of the chemistry levels of your pool.
The CSI calculation brings everything together to have all chemicals balanced. The app is very well design and easy to used. I give it 5 starts although the Analytical Graphs are missing user defined upper and lower limits.
