Glitchy
App works OK most of the time. But if internet connection is lost (I have 4G home internet in rural location which occasionally drops out - thanks EE!!) then the Calorex heater goes off line and cannot reconnect without switching it off / on at the mains. So very inconvenient and utterly useless when away from home.
I have 20+ other IOT devices, all of which reconnect happily after an internet outage. But not this one ! There must be some basic design error that is preventing this behaving the same way as multiple other IOT devices. It would get 5 stars if it was reliable!

Always disconnects
Seems to always disconnect especially when not on during a timer function, I wondered if they turned off Wi-Fi when it’s not heating. Very frustrating, strong Wi-Fi signal as phone and iPad and other devices work find in same location. A the moment it’s pretty unusable which leave me with no other way of controlling timer as it cannot be done on device interface screen.
