There’s only one problem, 90% of the time it won’t let me log on for weeks at a time, says I have a poor Internet connection which I do not… can someone please help me.

Beware! After making purchases for rubies, i never received bonus rubies. I did get refunded. Then I purchased rubies again and received no rubies whatsoever! When I asked for a refund they refused. I contacted support and got no reply. Tired of the rip-off.
Facebook users left out
PoolTime not connected with Facebook. They left no way to keep your profile by allowing another email connection. When I set up a google account can’t log in. Always internet connection issue. Once a fun game to play. Now a virgin game without a Facebook connection. In other words trying to play in a pain in you know where.

Matchmaking not right
I like the game except the matching. When you get to level 6 the game matches you with people that have over 3 or 4 times more than you. It’s pretty disheartening when they even break and run the table. At least match someone who is close to having similar skill levels.
Only ONE BAD THING
Great game , but 20 percent of your game can sometimes be kicking you off because of network connection. This means if you purchase Pool sticks , Balls, or Ruby’s and Coins which allow your capabilities to upgrade examples spins, back spin, faster breaking .... if you playing someone and either of you see the network connection egg timer icon then be prepared for a unfair loss and can’t do anything about it. Even if you cleared the table and was about to sink the 8 ball to win, it’s a loss . This is the only complaint I have. I’ve reported it after so many upsets and to my surprise they replied. They take on no responsibility, and give every excuse that I’m their book solidifies the reason your connection or network is having issues. Trust and believe, you’ll see what I’m talking about .
