Not Working
There is no way to sign in. It says they are sending a code that never arrives. Going in circles and unable to use the printer at all.
Garbage
They deleted ALL my saved templates. I will never forgive them. I hope they all feel the same misfortune I now feel. Small curse in all of them.

Easy and simple
Bought an iPhone 16 and my Poooli _L1 no longer connects.
I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and nothing works. The app will not scan the QR code and when I use the camera to scan it an error pops up. I have yet much enjoyed using the Poooli printer and would like to continue to use it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I truly love this app. It was the difference between me buying this printer and other similar ones with way more annoying apps. It has lots of features but is still super simple to use and it’s so quick to print!
Can’t change template.
I thought this would be a little bit more intuitive. I tried to use the templates, but it won’t let me change any of them. I have to create something new. It is a great concept, but they really need to work on the app more.

Didn’t even have to use an email address to use it! It is rlly good. 10/10 recommend!
Not working anymore
Worked well for awhile and then stopped connecting? It only prints blank sheets and I tried the things to do fix it

This app is so hard to control and doesn’t connect to emails easily but is really fun when you get the hang of it :)
Fonts??
I’d love some new fonts! Bubble letters, fancy scripts, handwriting fonts….the more the better!
Won’t connect
I got iPhone 15 and the app will not connect anymore. It’s all useless now
DON’T RECOMMEND, App no longer works
The app suddenly completely doesn’t work at all. It’s always been buggy, but now every time I open it the screen freezes and I can’t click on anything. I try force closing the app, but it doesn’t change anything.
This experience has taught me never to buy any electronic that requires an app to operate, because as soon as the app doesn't work you own nothing more than a paperweight.
I’ve tried reaching out to Poooli directly, but they ignore all emails, customer service is horrible. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Ok. Its a cool idea, but it does NOT WORK WELL. The images that it prints are very static-ish, and its colorless. Only black and white. Please try to update and fix sometime. ❤️❤️❤️

Please fix this app. It’s very disappointing to spend money on this great little printer and then not have it work half the time because the app doesn’t connect to the printer.
Love the app but no color
I love the printer and the app the printer is absolutely adorable but it is a little annoying that it only prints in black and white and not color either way the printer is amazing and the app works perfectly

A Nifty Little Printer
I just got this printer (had to wait for two weeks due to snow/rain) but I was so excited to finally get my hands on it! I am LOVING it! So small, the pictures are black/white/greyscale, and the app connected for me just fine. I haven’t lost connectivity and it connected pretty fast. I like the templates the app already have. I know this app could act differently for others but for me, it works just fine

‘Server Failed’ error- for a month
The printer is fine and the templates are cute- but I have been unable to log into my account or create a new one on the app. No matter what I enter on the login screen it gives me the error “Server Failed.” I’d really like to be able to make and save my own template!
Haven’t even got mine yet
I haven’t received my printer yet, but downloaded the app and when to sign up but keeps saying email address is wrong.. Um no it’s not. So does this mean I won’t be even able to use it when I do get it… Not happy
