I use this to keep track of my movements I have constapiason a lot I think it’s better to keep it and no money for the tiggers

so helpful and easy to use

I wanted to track my behaviours manually for a while now but this app literally changed everything - usage is very clear and easy, the photo option is actually so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great app

I have ibs c and have been tracking my bm for years. Compared to other apps, I love that this doesn’t make it obvious that it’s a poop related app. Also love the info on why my stools are the way it is and steps to take to improve it.

Easy to use

This app is easy to log your daily poop with user-friendly navigation. It has all the details ones need to log the information so you can keep track. Highly recommended!

Easy to use and does the job well

I’ve been using Ease for a few weeks now and I’m impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of the app. Intuitive interface and not littered with unnecessary features so I can easily log my bowel movements in a matter of seconds. It’s been especially helpful to spot patterns and I especially enjoy having the notes section to write down specific information.

Design feels like it’s a native IOS app!

Simple and insightful. This app makes it easy to log your movements, track your trends, and provides healthful insights to help you better understand what may contribute to certain movement types and patterns. The ability to leave notes, and even photos, aids in having discussions with healthcare providers when needed.

Best poop tracker

Just downloaded the app and already loving it.
I have ibs and a lot of food intolerances. I have been tracking my bowel movement for years but always dislike the obvious fact that it is a poop tracker. Love that this isn’t and the design is IOS standard.
Also love the insights and data available.
Happy to finally have something more pleasing and professional for something also serious.
