Sorry about this. Being able to edit or delete a wrong entry should be simple, and if the instructions didn't work for you then we've got something to fix. I've already replied to your support request, so reach me there and I'll get it sorted for you.
Not working
When I go to the page for the subscription, it’s stuck at loading, and the “unlock premium” button remains greyed out.
I went to the website and tried to contact support, and I got a message saying “Support system is not configured.”
